Braving bone-chi lling cold, thousands of Locals from adjacent areas on Sunday participated in this procession organized in connection with the Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (sallallahualywasalam ) celebrations by Intizamiya Committe Syed Shamasdin Baghdadi & Dawat-e-Minhaj-ul-Islam. The procession started from the Said Ziyarat to Dargah hazratbal at 10am The procession passed through Mulfaq, burzehama,batpora, habbaq crossing finally it ends at Dargah Hazratbal shrine with Salam o Dua
on this blessed occassion the President of Dawat e Minhajul Islam Hazrat Moulana Sajad Ahmad ishberi qadri Sammeri addressed the devotees & stressed upon the people to follow the footsteps of Prophet, Muhammad sallallahualywasalam He also prayed for peace and prosperity of people. also highlights the ongoing pressure of United States & Israel to Palestine and Condem the assault on people of Palestine & prayed for peace in the region. Besides other Scholars Hazrat Owais Qadri Peer Zaffer Makhdumi Molana Naseer Makhdumi was also present in the rally who also addressed the devotees.
The volunteers were busy preparing Haldi Rice (Tehri), Namkeen Tea and Kehwa even as their colleagues served devotees these preparations.
Moulana Sajad ishberi has hailed the Police Department especially SHO Nigeen and SHO Dargah, SHO ZAKURA Traffic Police, Health Department, PHE, PDD, Srinagar Municipal Corporation besides Print and Electronic Media and other organizations for providing requisite assistance to make the event successful.
