SHO Bagh-e-Bahu holds Public meet and assured to redress . problems faced by the area

To strengthen the Police-Public relations and for better output in prevention, detection of crime and to solve the problems of general public, today a PCPG meeting was organized by SHO P/S Bagh e Bahu Inspr. Satish Kumar at Bagh e Bahu Salyara Sabha Jammu. Approx.90 to 100prominent person/youthof the area participated in the meeting. At the outset of the meeting,SHO P/S Bagh e Bahu welcomed the participants and asked them to put forth their genuine problems/issues. During the meeting people raised various issues like drug abuse, one way traffic issue on Tuesdayand Sunday and other social crime. He assured the participants that their problems shell be sorted out at an earliest by deploying our manpower in the area.The proper checking of every vehicle at the nakka point on Tuesday and Sunday. If person identify he is local of the area then he was allow to enter the Bagh e Bahu otherwise he should not permit to enter the Bagh e Bahu on Tuesday and Sunday. He told the public that Jammu Police has launched a drive against drug abuse to make the society drug free. He requested the public to co-operate with the Police in this initiative by providing information about any drug peddlers/drug addicts in the area. The people were assured to mitigate their problems. They were also got aware regarding present day online bank frauds. At last, SHO Bagh e Bahu thanked the participants for sparing their valuable time and assured them for better cooperation from Police.
